- Refund Eligibility: You may cancel or return your merchandise within 10 days after receipt for a full refund. This can only happen once per order.
- Refund Process: To seek a refund, please send an email to gugguenterprises@gmail.com with your order ID. Refunds may be delayed due to bank operations, holidays, or unforeseen situations.
- Incorrect product: You may seek a refund if the product you received does not meet the specifications listed on our website. We do not issue refunds for physical damage (unless notified within 24 hours of receiving the product), electrical surges, or damage caused by the user.
- Refund Deductions: In some situations, refunds may be modified to reflect bank and shipping expenses.
- Freebies: If you received a freebie with your order, the value will be removed from your refund if the entire transaction is not returned.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
For all returns, please provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the product and its condition. This video should be attached to your refund email or provided through a link. The unboxing video should include:- A clear shot of the product and its packaging
- A demonstration of the product’s functionality (if applicable)
- Any visible damage or defects
Cancellation Policy
We provide a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Once sent, orders cannot be canceled.
- Same Day Delivery: Orders placed in the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
- Special Occasion deals: Products purchased during limited-time deals cannot be cancelled.
Replacement Policy
We provide replacements only under the following conditions:

- Returns: For replacements, the entire product package (including accessories) must be returned to us.
- Non-Replaceable: Products cannot be replaced if the client is displeased with the appearance, sound, or feel of a non-defective product.
Pricing
- Price Accuracy: The website’s prices are current, however errors may arise. If there is a price error, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Price changes may occur without prior notification.
- Currency and taxes: All prices are shown in Indian rupees. For overseas payments, exchange rates and bank fees apply. GST is applicable in India.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within two business days and offer you the opportunity to swap, delay, or cancel your order.
Delivery Information:
- Shipping: Products are shipped from our warehouse or third-party stores within 7-14 business days of the order date.
- Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made by our employees or third-party couriers.
- Monday through Saturday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Signatures: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. We are not responsible for products signed for by anyone other than the person who placed the order.
- Damage after delivery: We are not responsible for any damage incurred after delivery. Any concerns must be reported to customer support on the same day as delivery.
- Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please report it within 48 hours.
